Nancy Evans Begley

Nancy Evans Begley is a critically-acclaimed, award-winning actor, singer, dancer, director, and producer based in Colorado.  Her performance and education background span the gamut from light opera to musical theatre, to dance, coaching, and beyond, and her voice and presence have been heard and seen across the globe. Notable Colorado appearances and productions include The Drowsy Chaperone (Drowsy), Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins), 9to5, the Musical (Violet Newstead), A Chorus Line  (Sheila Bryant), Nunsense (Sister Hubert), Hairspray (Velma VonTussle), Footloose, the musical (Ethel McCormack), An Unexpected Song (Producer, Director, Performer), What We Did for Love (Producer, Director, Performer), among many others. Nancy is also the recipient of the Marlowe Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical and was recently recognized by the Colorado Theatre Guild for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Musical for her role as Drowsy/Beatrice in The Drowsy Chaperone. 

Nancy holds her BFA in Musical Theatre Performance from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, is an ongoing education student at the Denver Center for Performing Arts, and studied at the Perry-Mansfield Conservatory in Steamboat Springs, Colorado for ten years. She has produced productions from small cabarets to full-scale musicals across Colorado. 

Nancy holds a 22-year background in creative and results-driven project management, sales and communications leadership, and support of arts organizations through the creation of unique business development ideas, event planning, and go-to-market strategy. She is passionate about relationships and network development, marketing, and public relations with an innate ability to plan and organize events, large and small, travel, and business plans aligned with creative team objectives.

Nancy is also the Founder and CEO of Queen B Enterprises LLC, serving as a national advisor to Enterprise and Mega-producing Real Estate teams from coast to coast, coaching, managing, training, creating content, and strategically planning business development and client management initiatives from conception to go-to-market. She works with clients across the country, quantifying and scaling standard operations, growth and scale implementation, and revenue optimization.  She is revered as a “best-in-class” speaker and match-maker for all things sales, business development, and marketing-related, and has been featured on national stages as a keynote speaker, delivering her “Humanizing the Process: The Art of the People Business” message. 

Her work is about connecting with others and enjoying the results and goals that can be attained when teams share a vision and mission. Her passion for creativity, collaboration, and excellence in her arts career and beyond has made her a sought-after talent and thought leader across the United States. 

Nancy also serves on the Communications Committee within the Colorado Theatre Guild, is an active contributor to and promoter of the Denver Actors Fund, and serves as a Member of the Cor2Cor Professional Alliance in Denver, Colorado, an alliance of professionals, who share business philosophies, put their client’s best interests first, have a strong focus in helping the community.

Nancy resides in Parker, CO in her darling yellow house with white trim with her devoted and amazing husband, Noah, and their four dogs. When not performing or leading teams, Nancy enjoys the beautiful Rocky Mountains, traveling the world, fostering and rescuing dogs, and teaching adult, beginner dance!
